How do we measure
The CityTraffic method counts footfall in hundreds of Dutch and Belgian shopping areas. The Wi-Fi and measuring sensors determine the amount of footfall in shopping areas, 365 days a year and specify the data per half an hour, per sensor, or per zone. Wi-Fi data can also be used to calculate the number of unique visitors and makes double-counting the same person a thing of the past. This, as well as the large volumes, ensures that the measurements are up-to-date and very reliable. This is a significant advantage over one-time manual measurements.Wi-Fi counting results in complete privacy safety and a good insight into footfall flows.

Footfall countings are a means to a broader question, not an end in itself. That is why our data analysts and our consultants work together daily, and that is why they look for the question and the solution on your behalf, or in consultation with you.
